Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns on personalized items unless there was a error in your order on our part. If you receive an order with an error on the personalization please email us immediately so that we can get it resolved for you.
Only non-personalized items are eligible for return. You are responsible for return shipping of item(s). Returns must be approved by Red Elephant Clothing and require an RMA#.
Exchanges:
Only non-personalized items are eligible for exchange. You are responsible for return shipping of item to be exchanged, in addition to all expenses incurred to ship the new item back at our standard stated rates. Exchanges must be approved by Red Elephant Clothing and require an RMA#.
Cancellations:
In order to maintain a fast and efficient production time, your order cannot be cancelled. Additionally, in some cases we cannot make changes to an order once it's been placed.

Closed weekends and holidays.
