Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns unless there was a error in your order on our part.
Exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis and only non-personalized items are eligible for exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item to be exchanged, in addition to all expenses incurred to ship the new item back at our standard stated rates.
Due to the custom nature of our products your order cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Often times we will order the supplies to complete your order as soon as your order is placed to ensure there are no delays in processing your order.
All orders are individually hand crafted and personalized after payment has been received. We ship using USPS mail. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping. No refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item leaves our facility.
USPS recommends allowing up to 7 days for you to receive your order once it has been shipped if you choose the standard/free shipping method at checkout. If you need your order sooner than this, you may choose to add the rush fee to your order. Please message us to obtain permission for orders needed in hand in under 7 business days to be sure we can accomodate the rush. We cannot offer refunds on personalized items if they arrive "late" due to shipping delays, unless a guaranteed delivery method was chosen at checkout.
