Can you rush my order? TOP
RUSH orders will be processed 7 'calendar days' from the date of your order and will be shipped RUSH - Priority mail . If your order is to be rushed please add the RUSH FEE that coinsides with your order total to your cart before you check out.

How soon will my order ship? TOP
Our in house designer persoanally hand crafts each and every order. Her manufacturing time is up to 4 weeks from the time that you payment has been processed. If you need your order sooner than this time frame you may choose to add "rush" fee to your order.

Can I cancel my order? TOP
Due to the custom nature of our products your order cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Often times we will order the supplies to complete your order as soon as your order is placed to ensure there are no delays in processing your order.

The color of the thread/ribbon/fabric doesn't look like what I thought it would or match something else I have here. Can I send it back? TOP
No. It is almost impossible to match a specific color between thread/fabric/ribbon or other textiles when they are purchased from different suppliers. We make every effort to ensure colors do match however, will not guarantee it. Additionaly, orders placed seperately for "like color" items may not match perfectly, due to variances in dye lots. For example, if you order a blue gingham dress this year and want to order blue gingham pants next year we cannot guarantee that the pants and the dress will match 100% since the fabric is from 2 different bolts even though it's considered by the manufacturer to be the same exact color. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that a bow we make for you will match 100% to a article of clothing you have at home.

What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns unless there was a error in your order on our part. Exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis and only non-personalized items are eligible for exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item to be exchanged, a 20% restocking fee, in addition to ship the new item back at our standard stated rates.

What is the difference in the Boutique Sets bottoms? TOP
Diaper Covers are simply that, diaper covers. Bloomers are designed basically shorts with elastic at the hems. Both bloomers and shorts will hit above the knee. Pantaloons hit mid calf and have elastic at the hems. Pants are full length.

You will find the link to the sizing chart at the bottom of the page. Each clothing item is hand made and may vary slightly in measurements. Customers wanting to supply custom measurements to ensure the proper fit for their child may do so in the "anything else" box when ordering. If you are unsure of the size you should order just email us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your purchase.

Where is your store? Can I come shop? TOP
We operate just north of Birmingham, Alabama. We currently do not have a "brick and morter" retail store for customers to come and shop.
