Payment:

Order Processing:

• All orders are individually hand crafted and personalized after payment has been received. 
  • Non-Personalized items will dispatch out within 1-3 business days.
  • Personalized items will dispatch out within 3-5 business days.
  • If you purchase both personalized and non-personalized items in one order, the items will all be shipped together with the 3-5 business day processing time needed for personalization.
• Business days do not include Saturday's, Sunday's, or major holidays in the US.

Shipping:

• Tracking numbers are automatically provided on all orders.
• We are required to ship to the shipping address you provide on your order.  
• All orders are dispatched out to USPS. USPS recommends allowing up to 7 days "transit time" for you to receive your order once it has been shipped if you choose the standard/free shipping method at checkout.

Processing Time + Transit Time = How long it takes to get your order.

If you need your order sooner than this, you may choose to add the rush fee to your order. Please message us to obtain permission for orders needed in hand in under 7 business days to be sure we can accomodate the rush. We cannot offer refunds on personalized items if they arrive "late" due to shipping delays, unless a guaranteed delivery method was chosen at checkout.

Monday - Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm (EST)

Closed weekends and holidays. 

2021 Holiday Closures:

Do not inculde these dates when calcualating processing times.
